How long will my order take to be dispatched?

We offer shipping worldwide, all postage prices will be calculated at checkout

How much is shipping and how long will my order take to arrive?

UK:

1-3 Working Days

Europe:

Standard Tracked & Signed: £12 (7-14) Working Days)

Express Tracked & Signed: £16 (1-3 Working Days)

Rest of the world:

Standard Tracked & Signed: £18 (9-16 Working Days)

Express Tracked & Signed: £21 (1-4 Working Days)

Recent changes to EU shipping rules may lead to delays in international shipping across all couriers. Although most parcels are arriving within the designated timeframe, please be away of potential delays when purchasing internationally

 

Is there custom duties on my order?

Custom duties will be charged on import into international recipient country. We are not responsible for any additional duties once the item has been dispatched, for more information please visit your local government website. *If custom charges are unpaid, the courier will return the shipment back to us and the return costs/reshipment involved will be deducted from the total order cost.

Can I change my shipping address/service after I've submitted my order?

Unfortunately, since all our systems are fully automated. It would not be possible for us to make any changes once submitted so please make sure to double check the details before submitting.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on all orders!

All unworn items may be returned risk-free within 14 days of UK delivery & 21 days international delivery

How does the process work?

Please contact our email : contact@awevintageclothing.com to confirmed return.

All returns must be accompanied with an invoice (Either the one that was sent to alongside the item or a printed email receipt), otherwise, we cannot process the returned item(s). 

 Please pack all returns carefully to avoid them being damaged during transit. All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.  

Please always use a reliable courier and include tracked and insured postage to ensure the safe arrival of the package, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items. Please make sure to always keep proof of postage. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns are normally processed within 1-5 business days after arrival. Returns can only be refunded, we will credit the card used for the purchase of the initial order. 

How long does it take to see a refund in my bank account?

Once a refund is initiated, it may take 3-5 working days for our third party providers to process and return the payment back to the original payment method.

Item Condition

How do the item conditions work?

Used items may show a few signs of wear or fading, but anything major will be highlighted in the description or on our photos.
